Robin Jones

Robin has spent more than 18 years in the travel industry and has explored destinations across Europe, North America, Africa, Asia and South America. Having sailed on more than 50 ocean and river cruises, he brings first-hand knowledge to every recommendation, helping clients find voyages that genuinely match the way they like to travel.

His travels have taken him from the dramatic fjords of Norway and the waterways of the Danube to the islands of Greece, the cities of Italy and the vibrant cultures of Turkey. He’s explored South Africa, from Cape Town to Kruger National Park, travelled extensively across the United States, and experienced everything from San Francisco to the celebrations of Mardi Gras in New Orleans.

Robin has also spent time living overseas, including a year in Buenos Aires, where he became fluent in Spanish, and in the Netherlands. Earlier in his career, he worked two winter seasons in the French Alps, combining his love of travel with a passion for skiing.

He’s always keen to experience destinations from a different perspective. In Thailand, he became a PADI-certified diver while exploring the Gulf of Thailand, and one of his lifelong ambitions was realised when he attended the Monaco Grand Prix, one of motorsport’s most iconic events.
